Restorff, has over three decades of experience in the landscape industry and has been a New York State Certified Nursery & Landscape Professional (CNLP) since 1990. Andrew Palinski, our Landscape Designer / Sales Associate, brings over a decade of experience in horticulture and a Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry.

Customer Service Issues
Several customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the post-project customer service. Dwight Moldenhauer mentioned that the Arborvitae plants died due to improper planting, and when he tried to contact the seller, he was refused a discussion about replacements or a refund. Rebecca Castaneda had a similar experience, where she was unable to get in touch with the seller and was left without a quote for their landscaping project, despite several emails and attempts to meet up.
Quality Concerns
Mark Rizzo, on the other hand, had a positive experience with the product, stating that he never had any problems and the workmanship is quality. However, this pleasant experience is outweighed by the numerous complaints about customer service.
Unprofessional Behavior
Jeff Price mentioned that the seller refused to return his deposit, which was a significant amount, despite him being willing to settle for half. This behavior has led him to advise others to avoid doing business with this company.
