Damion DeGraw

President and Owner

Damion DeGraw is the president and owner of RLC Landscaping. With nearly 20 years of experience in the landscaping industry, Damion has a deep understanding of the industry and strong relationships with various trade experts and PHDs in agronomy, horticulture, and pest control. Prior to acquiring RLC, Damion was the director of product strategy and development throughout North America for the largest lawn care firm in the U.S.

Rose Richart

Office Manager and Controller

Rose Richart is the office manager and controller for RLC Landscaping. With over 20 years of experience in administration, Rose handles AR and AP, payroll, invoicing, and HR. She joined the company in 1997 under the original ownership and has been instrumental in the company's growth and success.

Raye Pinkerton

Administrative Assistant

Raye Pinkerton is the administrative assistant to the RLC Landscaping team. With over 20 years of experience in administration, Raye provides customer service and team support.

Chris Evensen

Senior Account Manager

Chris Evensen started with RLC in 2006 as a crew member and has served in varying roles such as foreman, spray tech, and account manager over the last 15 years. Chris earned his certified pest control operator license through the state of Florida and is dedicated to providing exceptional service to his clients.

Vincent Pablo

Account Manager

Vincent Pablo began his landscape career back in 2009, starting as a detail crew member and later working as an account manager. Vincent is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond for his clients.
