Our Services

Our land surveying services include boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking. Our landscape design services include master planning, site design, and landscape architecture. We possess the necessary experience and expertise to expand our licensure to other states as our clients' projects require.

Our Team

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service. Our principals, Ryan Swanson and Jeff Linkenheld, have over 40 years of combined experience in civil engineering, land surveying, and project management. Our survey department is led by Lee Sprecher, who has over 30 years of combined field and office experience. Our design team is led by Lauren Downing, who has specialized in land development and project management since 2009. Our accounting and human resources department is led by Anna Allen, who oversees accounting, human resources, and office operations for Arc Design.
