Outstanding Work and Exceptional Service
The majority of the reviews praise the company, Sunrise Landscaping, for their excellent workmanship and customer service. The author, Carolyn N., specifically highlights the professionalism of Richie's team and Richie himself, who made great recommendations, responded to all questions and feedback, and provided detailed quotes. She also commends Richie for being present on site, monitoring the project's progress, and for his availability for follow-up questions.
Disappointing Experience and Lack of Transparency
However, one reviewer, Martha V., had a vastly different experience. She initially seemed pleased with the work done, but things took a turn for the worse. She felt like she was treated like a "cash cow" and had several issues with the work done, including a broken paver and invasive plants left with roots intact.
