Terrible Customer Service and Lost Items

The manager assured them that their 20% sale on February 22nd would honor their holds, but when they arrived on the 21st to pick up their items, they were informed that the items couldn't be found.
Exceptional Selection and Friendly Staff
On the other hand, many customers have had positive experiences at The Greenery, praising the variety of plants, trees, and shrubs available, as well as the knowledgeable and friendly staff. They are particularly impressed with the selection of fertilizer spikes, lawn ornaments, and garden supplies.
