Meet Our Team

Our team consists of individuals who have dedicated their time and effort to seeking education in their field. With a combined experience of over 30 years, we have extensive knowledge of the Central Coast, as it is our own backyard. Our team members include Todd Davidson, General Manager; Zach Streed, Design Manager; Rita Flores, Financial Manager; Sam Morgan, Assistant General Manager; Nayelli Rojas, Landscape Designer; Marco Martinez, Project Manager; Jonathan Martinez, Site Foreman; Jesus De Jesus, Site Foreman; Alejandro Garcia, Landscape Construction Journeyman; Ovidio Garcia de la Paz, Landscape Construction Journeyman; Jose Cruz, Landscape Construction Journeyman; and additional skilled journeymen.

Design Process

Our design process begins with a client consultation, where we conduct an on-site visit to discuss the vision for your personalized space. This is followed by a design proposal meeting at our office, where we select plants and color palettes, and address how you want your future space to serve you. We then conduct a site analysis, measure, take photos, and collect soil samples to ensure your design works harmoniously with the specific environmental needs of your space. After this, our designers digitally render your customized design, and we present you with a detailed plan including a phased approach, value engineering, a projected build schedule, and bid. Once you approve the plan, our skilled construction team begins their work on realizing the vision we've created together. We also offer maintenance services to ensure your space continues to thrive and extend your plant warranty for an additional year.
