Business Details
We founded Luciano & Son Landscape Maintenance & Construction in 2000 to deliver professional landscape services to South Chatham and the greater Cape Cod region. With over thirty years of hands-on landscaping experience, I bring deep horticultural expertise backed by a Master's degree in Education and University of Massachusetts certification in Ornamental Plant Management. Our team of approximately twenty seasonal workers includes crew leaders who regularly attend educational seminars to stay current with industry best practices. We maintain rigorous quality control by ensuring every job is personally inspected and approved by myself or a qualified crew leader before completion. As a fully insured company carrying liability, workers' compensation, and state unemployment coverage, we prioritize the safety and security of our clients and employees. Our active memberships in the Cape Cod Landscape Association, Chatham Chamber of Commerce, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and the National Federation of Independent Businesses reflect our commitment to professional standards.
We operate two specialized divisionslandscape maintenance and landscape constructionto seamlessly handle both the installation and long-term care of high-quality landscapes. Our maintenance crews provide comprehensive programs including weekly mowing, edging, mulching, pruning, a five-step fertilization plan, and irrigation services tailored to each property's unique needs. For construction projects, we approach landscaping as an art form, designing award-winning outdoor spaces that merge aesthetics with practicality for residential and commercial clients. We also offer reliable winter services such as snow removal and home monitoring to protect your property year-round. Understanding client needs is key to our success, and we take the time to develop landscapes that communicate the image you wish to present.
