Our Team
Established in December 2017, Bret Ludwick decided to bring his love of landscaping, trees, and plants to the community of Northern Colorado. Our team is dedicated to perfection and craftsmanship, and we guarantee that you get your dream home. Family is a big part of what drives us, and we're excited to have you be a part of it.
Our Story
Bret, the founder and landscape designer, has been around construction his entire life, growing up with his builder father. He started his own landscape company in 2000 and operated it until 2009, when he graduated from Colorado State University. Leah, our designer and realtor, grew up with a strong understanding of homes and design from her parents, a successful builder/interior decorator team. Bret and Leah married in 2010 and decided to share their love of homes with the people of Northern Colorado.
Meet Our Team Leader
Serafin Campos-Flores, our team lead, has been with us since 2003. He brings his skills on a tractor and attention to detail to every project. When he's not working at Bloc, Serafin is a manager for a local soccer team and enjoys going to the park with his wife, Jessica, and their two sons.
Meet Our General Manager
Kyle Bundgaard, our general manager, has recently returned to Colorado to be closer to nature. With a degree in Computer Animation, he made his way to San Diego and Toronto to work and lead teams of artists to create movies. In 2018, he moved back to "the best place on Earth" to be closer to nature and his family.
