Poor Customer Service and Products
Many reviewers have expressed disappointment with the nursery's customer service and products. Michelle Hall, Tafari Makonnen, and Sue Nielsen all had negative experiences with the owner and staff, citing rudeness and a lack of helpfulness. Michelle and Tafari both ended up taking their business elsewhere, with Michelle spending $16,000 at another nursery and Tafari finding a more knowledgeable and helpful staff at a different garden center. Sue Nielsen also experienced poor quality with the sod, which was old, rooted grass with sticks and weeds, and had to pay to tear it up and replace it.
