Ecological Landscaping
Our ecological landscaping creates sustainable outdoor spaces that work with nature rather than against it. We design systems that manage stormwater, prevent erosion, and support local biodiversity while maintaining aesthetic appeal. By using native plants and natural materials, we create landscapes that require less maintenance and irrigation while improving environmental health.
Hardscapes Installation
We build durable hardscapes using interlocking pavers and natural stone tailored to Maine's climate. Our frost-resistant installations include patios, walkways, and retaining walls with deep structural bases that prevent shifting. Permeable paving options help manage stormwater while fire pits and outdoor kitchens create functional living spaces that withstand seasonal changes.
Lakesmart Landscaping
Our DEP-certified Lakesmart practices stabilize shorelines and protect water quality through strategic plantings and erosion control. We install buffer zones with native vegetation, create infiltration trenches, and implement sustainable drainage solutions that mimic natural processes while maintaining lakeside accessibility and beauty.
Natural Lawn Care
Our chemical-free lawn care rebuilds soil health through compost applications, aeration, and microbial enrichment. We address underlying soil issues rather than masking symptoms, creating resilient turf that resists weeds and pests naturally while reducing water and maintenance requirements over time.
Seasonal Plantings
We create dynamic seasonal gardens using climate-adapted plants that provide year-round interest. Our designs consider microclimates and soil conditions to ensure plant health while incorporating edible and ornamental species that attract pollinators and enhance biodiversity in residential and commercial landscapes.
