Our story began in 2001, when three high school friends, Chad Berg, Glenn Brchan, and Steven Chrismer, decided to turn their passion for landscaping into a business. Technical Issues and Poor Service
The first reviewer, William M., reported that NWL killed his plants, vines, and bushes during a pre-emergent spray in 2020. He was promised a credit and scheduled a re-spray, but when he called to use the credit, he was told there was no record of it. They reported that the crew spent only 35 minutes at their house, which was still billed as a 2-hour service. Additionally, the workers were caught looking in their bathroom window as their wife got dressed, leading to concerns about privacy.
