Our Retail Gardens and Nursery

Our retail gardens are open daily until dark, offering a breathtaking succession of flowering perennials and bulbs. You can explore our display gardens, take a tour, and visit our gift and craft shop featuring local fruits, handmade jams and jellies, and handwoven articles of apparel and for the home. Our themed guest rooms, filled with genuine antiques and unusual tropical plants, are open year-round for a unique and unforgettable experience.

Kate Butler, the proprietor of Labour of Love Landscaping, is a relentless creative force who grows all her own plants from seed or division. She has a taste for the unusual and "oddball stuff, " and finds amusement in growing survivors that are 'not supposed to do well up here.' Her passion for gardening and landscaping is evident in every aspect of the business, from the carefully curated selection of plants to the beautifully maintained display gardens.
