Certifications and Insurance
As a licensed and insured landscaper, Becky's Creative Landscape & Design is certified by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) and the Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance (MWELO) by G3 (Green Gardens Group). We also carry insurance that covers workman's compensation, commercial liability, and commercial vehicle insurance.

Unsatisfactory Experiences
Several authors shared their disappointing experiences with gardening services provided by Becky. Marco Nunez Cardoso worked with her for two weeks before quitting due to lack of professionalism, poor punctuality, and low-quality services. He received checks that were short by 2-3 hours and confronted Becky about it, only to be met with hostility. Erika G. also had a negative experience, hiring Becky to landscape her small backyard ten years ago. Despite being specific about her requests, 75% of the planted plants were not what she wanted. Additionally, many of the plants became diseased and died, and Becky refused to take responsibility.
Positive Experience
On the other hand, William Koseluk had an exceptional experience with Becky. He praised her knowledge of gardening, creativity, and attention to detail. She and her crew took care of various tasks, including heavy lifting, moving, and pruning, and even tidied up the site while waiting. He commended her for having a complete knowledge of plant materials, advising on the best plants for the area, and providing beautiful results at extremely reasonable prices.
