What lawn care services do you offer?
We provide fertilization programs, pest control, sprinkler maintenance, tree/shrub care, aeration, and seasonal cleanups. Our technicians create customized plans for residential and commercial properties.
How often do you service properties?
Premium programs include six annual treatments starting February-March, with sprinkler systems checked seven times seasonally. Economy plans cover four applications through August.
Are your treatments pet-safe?
All materials are EPA-approved and safe for pets/children once dried. We provide specific post-treatment instructions via email to ensure proper drying times for each application.

Reviews were only mediocre about Colonial, but I thought I'd give them a try. Wish I hadn't. They came out and sprayed for weed control, 6,700 sq. ft. of lawn, and did it all in less than 10 minutes, including dragging the hose out and putting it away. Two weeks later, only about 20% of the weeds were wilting.
Had to have them come back out for a second application, for which they charged me, even though they shouldn't have, and they didn't refund my payment.
They also sprayed for Crabgrass control on a separate occasion, and again, two weeks later, only about 20% of the Crabgrass was wilting. Had to have them come back out and spray again. They weren't supposed to spray the Bent grass in the lawn, but they did it anyway, and now there are dead spots all over my back lawn. I could not be more disappointed in my experience.
