At Gnome, we are guided by two core principles: making our employees happy and making our customers happy. As a family business, we have always prioritized people and treated every employee with warmth, respect, and integrity. This philosophy was instilled by our founder, Rick Campbell, and is still championed by our current owners, Chace and Todd Marco. Our staff is committed to upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship, customer service, and community support.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services to help you transform your outdoor spaces. Our team of experts specializes in landscape and lawn installation, walkways and patios, retaining walls, and fire pits. We also provide masonry services for both residential and commercial properties, including stone or brick walls, fireplaces and chimneys, and stone or concrete veneers. Our maintenance services include spring and fall cleanups, lawn care and mowing, weeding, mulching, pruning, and snow plowing/blowing.

In addition to these services, we also offer design services to help you plan and visualize your project. Our Maine licensed landscape architect, Bryn, specializes in sustainable design and creating functional landscapes that evolve with the seasons. Our landscape designer, Amanda, believes that good landscape design can foster deep and meaningful connections with the places we call home.

Meet Our Team

Our team is our family, and we are proud to have a group of dedicated and passionate individuals who are committed to upholding our core values.

• Todd Marco, President and Project Manager of Landscape Construction & Masonry, has been a member of the Maine Landscape and Nursery Association for over 20 years. He is a Nurseryman of the Year award recipient and a graduate of the Stockbridge School of Agriculture at the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Horticulture.
• Chace Campbell, Vice President and Director of Estate Gardening & Maintenance, has been with Gnome since he was 17 years old. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine and has extensive knowledge of plants, people, and landscaping practices.
• Bryn, Maine Licensed Landscape Architect, has over 20 years of experience as a landscape designer. She holds a B.A. in Biology from Bowdoin College, a Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania, and is particularly interested in sustainable practices in landscape architecture.
• Amanda, Landscape Designer, believes that good landscape design can foster deep and meaningful connections with the places we call home. She holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Bates College and has over 15 years of experience in the landscaping industry.
