Jeffrey Piatt, our President and Founder, has always believed in the "hands-on" approach to running the company. He personally oversees and takes part in the day-to-day operations, ensuring that every property under our care receives the attention it deserves. Jeff is a New Jersey State certified Pesticide Applicator and is also certified in Powered Industrial Lift Trucks.
