AnnaMarie Meier, the Vice President/Office Manager, oversees accounts receivable, business transactions, statements, banking, payroll, and payables, bringing 20 years of accounting experience to the table.
Management Team
Our management team consists of experienced professionals with extensive knowledge in public works, commercial maintenance, and landscaping. Our Senior Superintendent, Richard Cambaliza, has a background in public works and commercial maintenance. He oversees maintenance services for Los Angeles County Parks and Recreation facilities and the City of Palmdale's maintenance crew.
We also have Randy Cambaliza, our Commercial Maintenance Superintendent, who has extensive knowledge in commercial maintenance, including irrigation, irrigation upgrades, task scheduling, plant installation, trimming, and pruning. Bonnie Hernandez, our Administrative Assistant & Accounts Receivable, assists in preparing proposals, bills, and customer correspondence, ensuring seamless communication with our clients.
