Jeffrey Rossen, Founder & Head Honcho: With over 25 years of experience in the landscaping industry, Jeff founded Rossen Landscape in 2003. A graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Landscape Technology, Jeff has built the company from the ground up. When he's not working, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, snowboarding, and playing basketball.

Jason Navon, Integrator: Jason joined Rossen Landscape in 2010 after working for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) for nearly a decade. With a background in finance and accounting, Jason has brought a strong administrative and operational structure to the company.

Francine Rossen, Director of Sales: Francine is a talented sales professional with over 15 years of experience in the landscaping industry. With a passion for customer service and a keen eye for design, Francine is always available to help resolve any sales-related questions.

April Sullivan, Senior Design & Sales Consultant: April is a certified horticulturist with over 20 years of experience in the landscaping industry. With a degree in horticulture and small business management, April is the lead designer and sales consultant at Rossen Landscape.

Sam Eashum, Design & Sales Consultant: Sam is a seasoned designer and sales consultant with over a decade of experience in the Green Industry. With a degree in Landscape Design and Horticulture, Sam is passionate about creating beautiful and functional outdoor spaces that enhance the quality of life for his clients.
