Josh brings his expertise from his work as an engineer at Lockheed Martin, where he handles America's greatest military secrets and solves complex problems. Jared is the main man at Better Earth, responsible for designing landscapes, overseeing quality, managing the team, and handling day-to-day challenges with his renowned optimism and creativity. Together, they strive to make a positive impact on their community one landscape at a time.
