POOR ACCOUNTABILITY AND UNPROFESSIONAL
Quality Yard and Home Maintenance replaced a shared fence with our neighbor, who hired them for the job. During installation, their crew broke our sprinkler system pipe and never informed useven though they were aware of the damage. When we discovered it weeks later and called them, they admitted knowing about it, saying they thought it was a dry pipe. Despite acknowledging this, they refused to take responsibility for the repair cost and asked us to pay for the damage their team caused.
They also tried to justify it by referencing the county auditors map after installation, instead of checking before starting work. While they offered to fix it, expecting the homeowner to pay for their own mistake is unacceptable. Very poor accountability and professionalism. Would not recommend.
