Our Story

At Sunset Hills Foliage, our journey began over 45 years ago when our founders, Tracy Katz and Mike Cosgrove, left their jobs to pursue a better business idea. With the support of Steve Katz and Joanne Odegard, they established our company, built a greenhouse, and named it after the farm, Sunset Hills. Starting small with just three accounts, we expanded rapidly, taking on larger interior plantscaping projects, working with major clients such as the Federal Home Loan Bank Board, The Federal Reserve Bank, and The National Institutes of Health, among many others.
