Services
Landscape Design
Our landscape design service creates customized outdoor environments that balance aesthetics with ecological sustainability. We develop detailed plans incorporating native plants, water-efficient irrigation systems, and functional hardscape elements. Each design undergoes multiple review stages to ensure alignment with client preferences and environmental requirements.
Sustainable Landscaping
Specialized in Califriendly landscapes that reduce water consumption while maintaining visual appeal. We implement drought-tolerant plant selections, permeable paving solutions, and soil enrichment techniques to create self-sustaining ecosystems that thrive in Mediterranean climates.
Outdoor Living Spaces
Designing integrated outdoor living areas that extend interior comfort to exterior environments. Our approach combines architectural elements like patios and pergolas with strategic plant placement to create year-round usable spaces tailored to client lifestyles.
Garden Installation
Comprehensive garden implementation services managed by licensed professionals. We coordinate material sourcing, hardscape construction, and plant installation while maintaining strict quality control throughout the 9-18 month typical project timeline.
Maintenance Consultation
Post-installation guidance for long-term landscape preservation. Our consultation includes plant care schedules, irrigation optimization, and seasonal adjustments to maintain design integrity while adapting to environmental changes over time.

Questions
Do you work on projects outside San Mateo and Santa Clara counties?
We primarily focus on the Peninsula and South Bay areas, including Woodside, Atherton, and Palo Alto. We generally don't consider East Bay or Marin County projects.
What's included in your landscape design process?
Our comprehensive process includes site analysis, schematic design, preliminary plans, material selection, construction documentation, and installation support across 6 distinct phases.
How do you ensure water efficiency in designs?
We incorporate California native plants, smart irrigation systems, and WELO-compliant documentation to create landscapes that use 60-70% less water than traditional designs.
Can you help with LEED certification requirements?
Yes, our designs contribute to LEED points through sustainable site planning, stormwater management, and water-efficient landscaping strategies developed during the design phase.
What's the typical project timeline?
Design takes 6-12 months followed by 9-18 months of installation for custom projects. Simpler renovations may complete in 3-6 months depending on permitting requirements.
Do you provide construction services?
We're a design-only firm but maintain partnerships with licensed contractors. We assist with contractor selection and provide oversight during the installation process.
