Communication Issues
Several reviewers expressed frustration with the company's communication. Kelly Gall and Jamie Mun both mentioned that they had scheduled appointments with A&A Landscaping, only to have the company fail to show up on both occasions. This lack of reliability and responsiveness was a major issue for these customers.
Positive Experience
On the other hand, Erika H. and Noah Freeman had a very different experience with the company. They were both extremely satisfied with the work done by A&A Landscaping, praising the company's professionalism, efficiency, and communication.
Mixed Experience
Amanda Brown had a mixed experience with the company. Although she was happy with the end result of the project, she was disappointed with the process, particularly the lack of communication about an herbicide treatment prior to hydroseeding. This mistake led to an unexpected number of weeds in their yard.
Poor Experience
Jamie Mun's experience with the company was extremely poor. Despite multiple attempts to get the company to fix their backyard, the work was left unfinished, and the company failed to show up to scheduled appointments. This led to a very negative and costly experience for Jamie.
