Horrible Experience with Unreliable Contractor
According to Jeremiah Powers' review, his experience with Josh, a contractor, was a complete disaster. Josh was hired to build a $125,000 pool, which he promised would take 6 weeks to complete. However, the project was plagued by issues from the beginning. The well issue was a major concern, and Josh assured them that his company works with wells and uses water trucks to fill the pools. Despite this, Josh started filling the pool using a hose from their well, which was not sufficient.
Things only got worse from there. Josh got a water truck to fill the first half of the pool, and then hired another truck to fill the rest of the pool. However, he failed to pay for the water trucks, and the companies are now coming after Jeremiah and his family for payment. Josh claimed that the water truck costs were not part of the original contract, which is difficult to believe. The project took three months to complete, and Josh had poor communication throughout.
Jeremiah is extremely dissatisfied with the experience and would never use this company again. In fact, Josh went so far as to refuse to guarantee any of the work done on the project. This clearly indicates a lack of accountability and professionalism on Josh's part.
