However, not all reviews are positive. Customer Complaints
Wayne Reid gives the company a 1-star rating after a negative experience. According to Reid, an employee of Romero Landscaping was blowing leaves and dirt onto his wife's new car while he was sitting outside the Hanover Professional Building in Fall River, MA. When Reid spoke up, the employee turned the blower directly on the car, causing debris to enter through the windows and sunroof.
Another dissatisfied customer, Ashley Fichera, also gave the company a 1-star rating. Fichera reports that a driver for the company almost hit her while she was walking across the road to her home. The driver had to slam on the brakes to avoid hitting her and then drove away at the same speed. When Fichera called the company to report the incident, she claims that they did not care and did not even apologize.
