Customer Service Issues
The company Sierra Nevada Property Preservation was rated 1 star by the reviewer. The reviewer had a terrible experience with the customer service, stating that the company operates under multiple business names. They were referred to the company by a sales agent with Lennar Homes, and were trying to get a bid for new backyard landscaping for a new Lennar home.
After going through the automated message system, the reviewer was connected to someone named Ed. Before they could even finish their initial sentence requesting the bid, Ed abruptly told them he couldn't help them and hung up the phone. The reviewer tried calling again, but Ed was even ruder the second time around, telling them that the company was booked through the end of the year and couldn't help with their request.
