Lawn Care and Landscaping Reviews
Phil's crews have a reputation for being inconsiderate of surrounding properties during installation of new patios, as evident from John Soehl's 1-star review. The installation process generated excessive dust and dirt, making it difficult for neighbors to use their outdoor spaces. There were no measures taken to minimize the impact, and employees did not use vacuums or respirators.
Some customers, like Diane Hassinger and Jason Ganovsky, have had positive experiences with Phil's crews. They praised the teams for doing a great job cleaning up their properties, edging and mulching. Phil's crews were also flexible and responsive, according to Brandon Tarby.
However, some customers have expressed disappointment with Phil's services, citing issues with the quality of work. Kim Remsing was unhappy with the spring clean-up service, feeling that they were overcharged for incomplete work. Steve Fretz was concerned about the attention to detail, but overall was pleased with the work done.
