The staff are also very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable, with some customers receiving excellent customer service, kindness, and advice. The garden center offers quality plants, good selection, and accommodates customers' needs. They are also willing to help customers even if they are not making a purchase.
Drawbacks and Issues
However, some customers have experienced poor customer service, with one reviewer being treated rudely by an old lady behind the counter due to wearing an anti-Biden shirt.
