Unreliable Service Experience
The reviewer, ChiefWahoo, had a poor experience with S&M, specifically with Woody, who came to their house to assess some work that needed to be done. Despite promising to send a quote, Woody failed to follow through, leaving the reviewer waiting for 17 days without receiving the quote.
