Company Timeline
Our journey began over two decades ago, when we started specializing in organic-based fertilizers and grew to become Turf Specialists, providing services to homeowners, golf courses, and sports fields. In 2004, we expanded our service offerings to include lakescaping (native lakeshore vegetative planting) and softscape design and installation. The following year, we acquired a hardscapes landscaping business and introduced brick paver, retaining wall, and irrigation services. Today, we proudly provide a wide range of services, including but not limited to: landscape design, retaining walls, paver patios, paver driveways, water features, erosion control, lakeshore rip-rap, hydroseeding, lawn irrigation, lawn weed and feed, and lawn aerification.

After calling in October 2019 for assistance with a patch of poison ivy, Katherine was told it could be treated in early Spring. However, despite repeated attempts to follow up, including sending pictures and emails, the company failed to contact her or complete the job. Even after multiple calls, the office staff was unable to recall the original request, citing "430 customers to handle".
