Unsatisfactory Customer Service
Several customers have had disappointing experiences with Hermec's customer service. The company has been accused of ignoring customers' concerns, failing to respond to emails and phone calls, and being extremely rude and dismissive. Scovelram's review highlights the issues she faced when trying to get Hermec to address the problems with her shrubs, which died before the warranty expired. K. Lambshin's review echoes this sentiment, stating that the company's employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. Ashley Palski's review describes a disturbing experience with Carlos, who became aggressive and yelled at her when she tried to address the issues with the drainage system and retaining wall.
Quality of Work
