Professionalism Issues
Several reviewers have criticized the store for unprofessional behavior. Author Cat R. gave the store 1 star, citing very rude and unprofessional drivers. Author Cynthia Entzel also gave the store 1 star, describing the experience as unforgivable. She stated that although they measured the area, they never contacted her back to provide a quote, and when she called to inquire, the person on the phone seemed disinterested. A similar experience was reported by Author Alisha Brown, who claimed that the store took two weeks to respond to her inquiry, and then several days to respond to her emails. The final straw was when she was told that the minimum labor charge for her small townhome was $1,000, and the person, Eloy, was very rude.
