Poor Customer Service and Unrealized Expectations
Several reviewers have expressed significant dissatisfaction with the services provided by Blue Grass Lawn Service Co. According to the reviews, the company failed to deliver on its promises, resulting in poor lawn conditions and inadequate treatment.
Humble Bee, who gave the company 1-star, reported that after two years of service, the weeds in their lawn became overwhelming. When they contacted Mitch, the owner, about the issue, they were told that it was not covered under their contract. The company also failed to address the problem and eventually lost their business.
Shustrik also gave the company 1-star and shared a similar experience. The company damaged their lawn by applying incorrect treatment and refused to take responsibility for the damage.
Raj Haribhakti, another 1-star reviewer, experienced issues with the company honorably fulfilling their contract. They signed up for a limited number of services but were pushed to accept additional services without a clear understanding of the terms.
Disappointing Performance and Lack of Accountability
