Quality of Work
The quality of work provided by the contractor has been a major concern for some customers. Two reviewers, Chris Mannon and Ginny R., reported that the contractor damaged existing hardscaping and did a shoddy job. Ginny R. also mentioned that out of the 83 plants and trees planted, 22 plants or 27% have died, and 29 or 35% have been eaten by animals.
Customer Service
Customer service has been another area of concern. Ginny R. and Michael B. reported that the contractor did not respond promptly to their concerns and failed to follow up on issues raised. Ginny R. mentioned that she had to contact 6 On Your Side to get assistance, while Michael B. had to contract with another company to get the repairs done.
