Location and Selection
The reviewers generally agree that City Floral has a great location and offers a wide selection of plants. M. A. loves the selection and great location, while O. & M. C. only vaguely mention the selection, but Omit any discussion about the location. Brian Koss does not mention the location or selection at all in his review.
Customer Service
Customer service is a major issue at City Floral, with multiple reviewers having issues with the staff. M. A. praises the greenhouse staff as helpful and pleasant, but notes that the cash wrap staff is rarely welcoming and pleasant. O. & M. C. found the staff to be mostly friendly, but didn't ask if they needed help or had questions. Brian Koss's negative experience with Tami F., the landscaping manager, was particularly egregious, as she refused to replace a dying tree under warranty and provided unhelpful advice.
Quality of Plants
While Brian Koss's experience with a dying Japanese maple tree was disappointing, M. A. and O. & M. C. did not have any complaints about the quality of the plants they purchased. M. A. notes that the plants look healthy and vibrant, and O. & M. C. only mentions the price as average.
Resolution of Issues
The failure to resolve customer issues is a major problem at City Floral. M. A. notes that the cash wrap staff often takes a long time to check out customers, while Brian Koss's experience with Tami F. was particularly frustrating, as she refused to replace a dying tree under warranty.
