Services
Tree Pruning
Our certified arborists employ fine pruning techniques that selectively remove branches at limb ends. This method accelerates tree recovery, reduces structural stress, and improves wind resistance. With 60+ years of local experience, we address Philadelphia's specific tree species needs while maintaining aesthetic appeal and structural integrity through seasonally appropriate pruning schedules.
Hardscaping
We create functional outdoor living spaces using premium materials like Pennsylvania blue stone, brick, and cedar. Our designs incorporate eco-friendly drainage solutions, durable retaining walls, and custom features like fire pits and water features. Each project combines aesthetic appeal with practical considerations for long-term usability and property value enhancement.
Landscape Design
Our comprehensive design process considers soil composition, microclimates, and client lifestyle needs. We integrate hardscape elements with plant selections suited to Philadelphia's climate, creating cohesive spaces that evolve beautifully through seasons. The approach balances visual appeal with low-maintenance requirements and environmental sustainability.
Plant Healthcare
This program combines cultural management techniques with targeted chemical applications based on 60 years of local research. We address specific threats like bronze birch borer infestations through preventative treatments while promoting overall plant vitality through proper fertilization and soil management strategies tailored to each property's unique conditions.
Tree Preservation
Our preservation services focus on maintaining mature trees through structural support systems and disease management. We implement cabling/bracing solutions to reinforce weak branch unions and develop lightning protection systems for valuable specimens. These interventions extend tree lifespan while maintaining safety and aesthetic value in established landscapes.
