Communication Issues
Some customers had issues with communication from the company. Jet Black felt that it took too long to receive a response to his email and phone calls, with no update on when they would send an estimate. Additionally, Twisted Sammy's project had issues with poor quality work and incomplete jobs, and he felt that the company did not respond properly to his concerns about the issues.
Quality of Work
Not all customers were satisfied with the quality of work done by the company. Twisted Sammy's patio and drainage work were of poor quality and failed shortly after completion. The patio had to be completely reworked, and he had to hire another company to correct the issues.
