Our team is led by Marcia Gomez, a licensed irrigator and co-owner of the company. Marcia has over 30 years of experience in the design and engineering industry, with a strong background in mechanical engineering. She oversees the daily operations, bidding, and accounting for the company.

Rick Gomez, also a co-owner, has over 30 years of experience in irrigation, drainage, and tractor work. His problem-solving skills and creative approach have earned him a reputation for being able to repair complex irrigation systems and install drainage in challenging situations.
