Property Services Landscape

Since 1969, Property Services Landscape has been a trusted name in Loudoun County for comprehensive landscaping and lawn care solutions. Originally serving commercial clients, we transitioned to focus on residential needs under the leadership of company president Brian Wedemeyer, who has owned and operated the business for two decades. Our team of highly trained professionals, some with over ten years of tenure, specializes in lawn maintenance, fertilizer programs, and landscape installation. We serve approximately 500 clients across Leesburg, Ashburn, and western Loudoun County, offering personalized service tailored to each property's unique requirements. Our expertise spans lawn mowing, hardscaping, turf renovation, and landscape design, ensuring clients receive end-to-end solutions for both functional and aesthetic outdoor spaces. We prioritize seasonal maintenance schedules, recommending 12-15 landscape visits annually to address weeds, pruning, and soil health.

Our partnerships with premium material suppliers like Nicolock guarantee durable, visually striking hardscape installations, including patios and retaining walls. With a commitment to quality since our founding, we combine professional-grade equipment with meticulous attention to detail, from sidewalk edging to hydro-seeding. Our approach balances cost-effectiveness with long-term value, helping homeowners protect property investments through regular maintenance that prevents expensive repairs. As a locally owned business, we maintain deep ties to the Loudoun County community, understanding regional landscaping challenges and climate considerations. Every project reflects our dedication to exceeding client expectations while upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship and service reliability.
