Overall Experience
Complete Tree Care has received a mixed bag of reviews from customers. On one hand, some customers have had excellent experiences with the company, praising their professionalism, punctuality, and quality of service. On the other hand, one customer had a disturbing and unfortunate encounter with one of their workers.
Positive Reviews
Nathan and his crew were praised for their quick response, punctuality, and expert removal of a large cottonwood tree that was close to a customer's house. They also trimmed multiple trees and provided exceptional cleanup services. Another customer, Mandi True, was impressed with Nathan's promptness and professionalism, as well as the company's efficient removal of three mature trees that were near her house.
Negative Review
Unfortunately, one customer, Angela Born, had a traumatic experience while sitting on her front steps. One of the company's workers catcalled her while driving a company vehicle, leaving her feeling disgusted and unsafe. She suggests that the company provide additional training to its workers on how to interact with women in the community to prevent similar incidents from occurring.

Ross Lund was thrilled with the company's work on removing a large maple tree that was near his house. He complimented the worker's skill and ease in performing the tricky cut.
