2nd time using APEX! Tristan and Zach from Apex redesigned my new backyard into my dream putting green. These guys are seriously the best in town. I used apex for a putting green, turf play area and paver pad. They killed this project. Not a single piece of trash left behind after multiple install days, they left my front street cleaner than it was before they arrived.

Our HOA here in Gilbert required a certain look for landscaping, and the awesome guys from APEX helped us meet the rules with artificial grass in our front yard and pavers for our driveway. Apex Turf provided a professional service from beginning to end. Marcus was helpful throughout the process. He took our suggestions, offered different options and was attentive to our requests. The crew did a beautiful job and a clean up crew did a great job removing any evidence that they had been there the previous days. From Tristan's initial sales call through the entire process, we had a great experience with Apex Turf. Of the 6 different companies we got bids from, Tristan was the only one who recognized some special circumstances we were facing and then acknowledged what our hopes were for the project. He was thorough and knowledgeable. The demo actually started a half-day early and the entire project finished an entire day early. The on-site crew was professional, did an amazing job from start to finish and made sure the area was cleaned up and looking great when they left. Our lawn went from ehhh... to fantastic! Apex is easy to work with and came through even when the wrong turf was delivered on the day of install. They went the extra mile to get the correct product here quickly and the crew wrapped up that same afternoon/evening. Thank you for going the extra mile! Oh, and their bid was the lowest initial bid of the bunch. Well worth the price and investment.

The turf installers were on time and were efficient in their work, cleaning up nicely after completion. Tristan came back to check the project upon completion for great quality control. Jake was so awesome! Responds quickly, diligent the job is done correctly and we got a really fair price. I had quotes from 4 different companies and they were by far the most reasonable. They also have great financing options. We’re really happy with how it turned out. Booked in a few weeks and a done in two days.

10/10 AMAZING experience from start to finish. I will admit I was apprehensive about diving into this project, and did anticipate having to gather several quotes from different companies. The day Marcus came out, I was SOLD. No upselling, no pressure, extremely informational and detailed explanation not only of the product but expectation setting with how the process would go. Never ever reached out to another company, and I have 0 regrets.

Marcus was beyond polite, professional, and responsive. I called the company number only one time to try to narrow down an install time and got ahold of Cody who advised me they answer anywhere, anytime..and I believe them!

The before and after says it all. This is pet turf for my puppies, Moe and Louie. Having a no maintenance yard gives us more time to play! The crew finished in no time. I never leave reviews.....except this time...because apex is worthy of an epic review. Kyle, Tristan and the entire office and installation crew are nothing short of spectacular. I have had apex install four different projects. They are so professional, friendly, respectful and client focused that I never go out for multiple bids. Frankly, I don't care if I can find a lower bid. I know quality when I experience it and I've witnessed neighbors go with lowest bidder and their yards don't even come close to the beautiful perfection apex has delivered over the years. Want a job done correctly, on time and on budget? Call Tristan to get the ball rolling. You will be so pleased with the entire process.

Great experience from start to finish. Tristan was friendly and responsive and helped layout several design options. Including a final design change on the day of install. The rates were very reasonable and lower than what I paid for a previous turf job. Really couldn’t be happier with the results and experience. The work was scheduled a week after initial consults and completed in two days. The crew was very friendly and you could tell took pride in their work. Before and after pics attached.

Great experience with Apex Turf. Tristan expertly managed the removal of over 2800 feet of grass and replacement with turf and landscape rock, including pet turf in our backyard for our dog. We have gotten numerous compliments from neighbors on how nice the project looks and how efficiently the crew finished the project in 2 days, so much faster than smaller projects in neighboring houses. The crew were friendly and diligent and took care to ensure that we were minimally inconvenienced. We appreciated the clear pricing, which showed every component. The price was very fair, less than we budgeted. We also liked that Apex had Shaw brand turf as an option and which we chose. I believe Apex is the only local company that carries Shaw products. Shaw is a well respected flooring company that has expanded to outdoor turf. Their turf is impressive.

Apex did a fantastic job on my backyard. They’re very quick and were done in a day. They didn’t leave any mess behind. Marcus was great he followed up after and made sure we were happy with the work. Sales team was great also no high pressure just came made the quote and let me decide. All and all it was a great experience.

Today Kyle’s crew started at 7AM on the dot too install our new turf , words can not express how AMAZING they did. The customer service is unlike any company I’ve ever worked with. Now a days it’s impossible to get such nice kind people like all of them. The entire time the guys were SO kind and helpful. Any little question, issue , anything they checked with me first and so did Kyle. Ontop of that I decided to see if we could ALSO have 5 tons of rock delivered and laid afterwards and they were Johnny on the spot and more than willing to also take care of that same day!!!!!!!! That’s incredible! Again, words absolutely can not express how grateful and thankful for this company. They changed a boring backyard into a masterpiece !!!!!! Thank you guys all so much! Our puppy also LOVED the guys working and they were so happy to see how happy he was to have a nice backyard !! I HIGHLY recommend this company to ANYONE. We had Apex Turf install a backyard putting surface. Working with Kile is how you would want to be treated when hiring them. I had a vision of what I wanted and Kile said he could do that and added some details that would make it better. We set a date and the project was finished in 2 days. He must be a great employer because the employees were all excellent and detailed. The demolition, adding pavers and finally installing the golf surface. Each section of the project, they would ask me how I wanted it and telling me exactly what was being done. Many employees but they work great together. They're cleanup was better then when they started. This shows the thoroughness of their job and pride in the results. Long review but I didn't go wrong and you won't either by hiring Apex Turf.

Kile and his team at Apex Turf are the best Mesa has to offer when it comes to pet turf and pavers! These guys gave our backyard life and made our vision come true just in time for pool party season! We were blown away at the craftmanship of the pavers and the custom tile inserts they did for us on the walk way from the pool to the dog run. Tristan was the only one to continue to reach out to me and to be available at whatever level of communication I could offer at that time. That’s the reason I chose the company and I’m glad I did! Tristan was very thorough in explaining how the process would work And helping me make decisions on that which I wasn’t sure of. He was very timely in communicating and mailing invoices/receipts.
