Paving

Our paving services encompass the complete reconstruction of parking lots, roads, and other areas. Our process involves the removal of existing decayed asphalt, resurfacing, grinding, shooting grades, drainage pipe installation, new rock grading, and compaction, and finally, paving and striping to complete the job.

Patching

Our patching services involve repairing low-lying areas or raveled surfaces. Before patching, we ensure that the affected area is thoroughly cleaned and coated with a layer of SS1H emulsion. Hot mix asphalt is then placed over the area and compacted properly.

Overlaying

Our overlaying services involve installing a new layer of hot mix asphalt directly over existing asphalt on parking lots or roads. Prior to overlaying, we perform necessary repairs and transitions, fill cracks with rubberized crack sealer, and apply a tack coat. A new layer of asphalt is then placed.

Remove & Replace

In cases where badly deteriorated areas require a more extensive repair, we offer a complete removal and replacement service. We saw cut the distressed area, remove the asphalt, grade and compact the base, and then place new hot mix asphalt.

Sealcoating

Our sealcoating services help protect asphalt pavements from the elements by sealing in the vital oils and sealing out sun, oxidation, and water. Sealcoating also improves the appearance of asphalt pavements by providing a uniform black color. We offer a range of sealcoating products designed for specific applications.

Crackfilling

Crackfilling is an essential preventive maintenance measure to prolong the life of asphalt pavements. We seal cracks 1/4 inch and wider with a hot-applied, rubberized crack sealing compound and spread the material tight to the surface.

Striping

Before applying traffic paint, we ensure the surface is clean and free of debris. When new layouts are necessary, we measure and mark pavement markings accurately. On restriping existing lines, we remove old stripes and apply new paint.

Lawn Maintenance

Our lawn care services include mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizer application, weed control, mulching, and bush trimming to keep your lawns looking their best.

Snow Removal

In the winter, we provide plowing and salt spreading services to ensure your parking lots and roads remain safe and accessible.
