Flamingo Road Nursery has been South Florida's premier garden center since 1996, dedicated to helping homeowners create beautiful outdoor spaces. Founded by third-generation South Floridian Jim Dezell as a hydroponic herb farm, we expanded into a full-scale garden center in 2005 to become a one-stop destination for gardening enthusiasts. We cultivate fresh basil under the Florida Fresh Herb brand, available at Publix, and operate a Farmers Market serving fresh juices, smoothies, and meals. Led by CEO Frank Escobar, a lifelong South Floridian passionate about gardening, we combine decades of horticultural expertise with community-focused service. Our offerings include custom floral arrangements by designer Sara, South Florida's largest fountain and pottery collection, and comprehensive in-home consultation services for tailored landscaping solutions. We maintain strict quality standards by sourcing plants exclusively from Florida Certified nurseries within a 50-mile radius, ensuring climate-appropriate selections.
