At Tilting Windmill Landscape Design, we're passionate about creating beautiful and functional outdoor spaces that bring joy to our clients. Our journey began when our founder, John Critz, decided to leave his career in healthcare administration to pursue his true passion for landscape design. With a background in healthcare and administration, John had a unique perspective on design, blending his creativity with a sense of practicality. He went back to school, studying Landscape Design at Gwinnett Tech and later, Landscape Architecture at Harvard's Graduate School of Design. With his newfound skills, John started his own landscape design firm in 2012.

Communication Issues
Both Denise B. and Lynn Barksdale had issues with communication when dealing with the company. Denise mentioned that John came to look at the job and took notes, but she never heard back from him, which prevented her from getting the job done. Lynn also experienced poor communication, saying that the company did not respond in a timely manner and did not keep their promises.
Unreliable Company
Denise specifically mentioned that she needs a reliable company for the job, implying that the company she dealt with did not meet that criteria. Lynn also echoed this sentiment, stating that she will not recommend the company to anyone and warning others to avoid wasting their money.
Quality of Work
Lynn's review also highlighted some issues with the quality of work. While some plants were replaced when they did not thrive, the company refused to replace a tree that was planted at the same time, even though it received proper water and care. This lack of accountability and commitment to customer satisfaction is a significant concern.
Unprofessional Behavior
Lynn also accused the company of unprofessional behavior, stating that they blamed her irrigation system for the failure of some plants, even though it was installed properly. This attitude and behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company.
