At Norpine Landscape, we are a dedicated team of professionals with over 39 years of experience in the landscape industry. We are an owner-operated, full-service, design-build landscape contractor successfully serving the beautiful state of Maine. We have been semi-retired for some time now, and we have decided to focus on the aspects of our business that truly spark our interest. We continue to work on projects that align with our passions, which include hydroseeding, design/build installations, and landscape consultation and design services.

Our team consists of two highly experienced professionals: Betty Ann Listowich, MCL/MCN, and Jim Listowich, MCL/MCN. Betty Ann graduated from the University of Maine in 1982 with a degree in Landscape Architecture. She is a certified Landscape Professional and a member of the Maine Certified Nursery Professional. She has been an active member of the Maine Landscape and Nursery Association (MELNA) for over 20 years, serving as a board member for seven years and as the past president for two years. Betty Ann is known for her extensive horticultural knowledge and her exceptional design skills. She is passionate about creating beautiful landscapes that enhance her clients' properties while also providing them with long-term enjoyment.

Jim graduated from the University of Maine in 1981 with a degree in Plant and Soil Sciences. He later attended the University of Massachusetts Stockbridge School of Agriculture, where he earned a degree in Turf Management in 1984. He is also a certified Landscape Professional and a member of the Maine Certified Nursery Professional. Jim has been an active member of MELNA for over 20 years and brings a wealth of construction knowledge and fine grading expertise to the team. His ability to operate heavy equipment and bring designs to life has made him a valuable asset to the company.
