Our History

Youngs Garden, a family-owned and operated business, has deep local roots in Roseburg. In the 1950s, Eleanor Young converted a small variety store into a plant and pet shop, sharing her love for gardening with the community. In 1977, the Lander family purchased Young's Garden & Pets, keeping the name to honor its long-standing tradition. Over the years, the nursery has evolved from selling spring flowers in wooden trays and shrubs in metal cans to offering a wide variety of plants and garden decor in our spacious, 2-acre garden center.
