Our Story

Our company began as a retailer of plants and produce, but over the decades, our passion for horticulture and construction led us to focus on landscaping services. Today, after over 80 years in business, we have developed into a commercial landscaping company offering a wide range of services. We specialize in exceptional, technically challenging commercial landscape construction. Our commitment to quality has made us an industry leader in landscape installation.

Meet Our Team

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who excel in their roles. Meet our owner and president, Jerry Romero, who combines his degree in Landscape Architecture with over 33 years of experience at Margolis. Chad Buran, our vice president and licensed landscape architect, has over 15 years of experience in design and construction. Our operations manager, Blake Barnett, has nearly 10 years of experience in the landscape industry, and our project manager assistant, Will Walz, is a recent college graduate with a focus on operations and data analytics.

• Blower Truck: We utilize our state-of-the-art blower truck for landscape installation projects and maintenance touch-ups for clients.

Our Crews

Our crew members belong to either the Local 563 Laborers Union or the Local 49ers Operators Union. We are proud to say our Foremen have an average of 14 years of experience at Margolis Company and our crew members have an average of 7 years of experience.
