Disappointing Experience
On the other hand, Author Simeranjit Brar had a disappointing experience with the company. Despite having all three services (tree and shrub program, lawn maintenance, and weed control), they failed to deliver satisfactory results. The shrubs were not properly pruned, and they did not respond to concerns about the dying Japanese maple tree. The owner did not even take the time to investigate the issue.
