Confidence Landscaping, Inc. has been awarded more than 60 Trophy Awards for Excellence in Construction received from the California Landscape Contractors Association with expertise in Xeriscape (Low Water Use Landscapes) and Sustainable Landscaping Practices. For more than 30 years, Jeff Sheehan, president and owner, has been recognized on a California state-wide level for providing business management expertise and leadership to the California Landscape Contractors Association and Santa Clara Valley Water District. We also provide garden management and maintenance services. We understand the unique needs of each property and develop programs based on those requirements.

Jeffrey W. Sheehan, President
Confidence Landscaping, Inc. was founded by Jeff in 1980 as a full-service landscape design/build company based in the Silicon Valley. Jeff is licensed in the State of California as both a Landscape Architect and Landscape Contractor. He is responsible for all business operations and technical aspects of landscape design, construction and management for the company. During Jeff's career, his company has garnered more than 60 landscape industry awards for excellence in the field of landscape design & construction with specific honors focused on low water-use design and eco-friendly installations. For more than 30 years, he has been an active member of the California Landscape Contractors Association (CLCA), serving as California State President in 2001 and was honored as its Member of the Year in 2001.
Dan Lewis, Landscape Project Manager & Trouble Shooter
Dan has been with the company for more than 30 years. His experience in field operations, client service and landscape construction make him a critical member of the team. He holds two Certified Landscape Technician stripes in Installation and Irrigation. Dan's on-site project management expertise brings a superior level of execution to each project.
Rachel Warners, Director of Organic Management
Rachel grew to love plants in the forests of West Michigan, tagging along on hikes and field trips with her botanist father. She followed her passion for restoration in college studying biology, environmental studies and Spanish. She spent her summers researching birds, working with a restoration nonprofit, teaching high schoolers about urban sustainability efforts, playing basketball with friends, and leading trail crews in the mountains out west. After college, Rachel worked for the National Park Service in Grand Teton National Park and for the City of Santa Cruz Parks and Recreation before joining Confidence Landscaping in 2013. Rachel is dedicated to helping our clients create ecologically friendly landscapes that support native flora and fauna. She specializes in the use of native plants, pollinators, and organic management principles.
