Services
Lawn Renovation
Our lawn renovation service revitalizes tired or stressed lawns by replacing old grass with Turf Type Tall Fescue, a drought-tolerant, insect-resistant variety. The process includes herbicide application, slice seeding, and tailored care to ensure a uniform, resilient lawn. Clients benefit from enhanced curb appeal, reduced maintenance, and long-term stress tolerance for a vibrant outdoor space.
Pest Control
This proactive pest control program creates a protective barrier around homes to deter ants, spiders, millipedes, and other common invaders. Liquid barrier treatments are applied quarterly to foundations, decks, and trash areas, using safe, eco-friendly solutions. Clients enjoy year-round protection and peace of mind with reduced indoor pest risks.
Aeration and Seeding
Core aeration and seeding services improve soil health and lawn density by introducing air, water, and nutrients to roots. Overseeding with premium grass varieties enhances disease resistance and environmental resilience. Clients receive customized plans timed for optimal germination, ensuring a thicker, healthier lawn that outcompetes weeds.
Lawn Care
Our comprehensive lawn care program includes five seasonal fertilizer applications, weed control, and disease management. Tailored treatments use balanced nutrients to promote steady growth without rapid spurts. Clients benefit from a vibrant, weed-free lawn with expert monitoring and adjustments to address specific property needs.
Grub Control
Targeted grub control protects lawns from destructive pests using safe, long-lasting insecticides. Annual treatments prevent damage caused by grubs and other insects, preserving turf health. Clients enjoy a lush, intact lawn with minimal environmental impact and protection for pollinators and pets.
